Pattern or printing help

Include the pattern name, the file format you downloaded and whether you printed on Letter or A4 paper. If the size looks wrong, check Actual size / 100 percent and measure the calibration square first. Do not send payment details or passwords.

Corrections and feedback

Tell us which page or tool you used and what you expected to happen. For a pattern fit issue, include the affected piece numbers and your joining method.

Use the same email address you signed up with when requesting access, correction, deletion or a change to your marketing preference. See our privacy policy for the information we collect. Marketing is optional and is not required for free pattern downloads.
